You will serve as the primary relationship contacts for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth at Eddy Solutions for Business-to-Business Sales. You will be ensuring clients derive maximum value from our services. You will also prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding, and work closely with clients to identify needs including workflows and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.
You will be responsible to prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization including C-Suite. As well, you will identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue, ensuring a deep understanding of clients’ individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.
• Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints for Business-to-Business sales process
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
• Daily update of accounts using our CRM Salesforce
• Identify new business opportunities both inside and outside current accounts
• Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations on a day-to-day basis including campaign set-up, receipt of the creative piece, execution of contracts and account management
• Prepare and deliver effective client presentations
• Develop collaborative financing strategies for and with your clients
• Adhere to Eddy Solutions established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and strategy, creative execution (including dynamic creative), campaign management and creative assets and campaign reporting
• Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight
• 5+ years’ experience in Business to Business Sales, preferably in the IoT or energy space
• Excellent presentation skills, including public speaking
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
• Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
• A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
• Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
• Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
• Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office suite of services and Salesforce
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
• Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree – preferably in business or marketing

With more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience in the home services sector, Saj has held roles such as COO of Eco Energy Service, Vice President of Operations at both National Home Services and Universal Energy.

With more than 25 years of financial experience, Boris has held both public and private company CFO roles; supported two (TSX listed) initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity capital raises, and M&A transactions. Boris graduated from York University and is a CPA, CA.
