Alert routing on your shift schedule
Escalation paths follow shift coverage and on-call structure so the right operator gets the call the first time.
Eddy is the managed water-protection service for industrial facilities. Process water lines, cooling towers, fire suppression and domestic mains all run on a single LoRaWAN network, with a 24/7 monitoring center that turns alerts into resolved incidents around your shift schedule.

Trusted across the platform
Active devices, prevented damage and claims-affecting coverage, audited every year against the loss runs.
Process facilities carry asymmetric loss exposure. Documented mitigation gives underwriters something concrete to credit at renewal.
Coverage spans process water, cooling towers, fire-suppression mains and domestic feeds. Anomalies surface before they become production downtime.
Coordinated isolation protects one process line without taking the plant down. The monitoring center routes around shift schedules and runbook escalations.
Smart metering on every main pinpoints anomalous flow by zone. Engineering catches degrading equipment and running fixtures before utility bills do.
Tier 01
A base system with remote shut off valves, building network and sensors throughout the property.
Tier 02
Additional smart sensors within the suite placed next to at risk fixtures & appliances.
Tier 03
Smart meters for consumption billing data with leak detection algorithms to prevent leaks.
Tier 04
Protection during the course of construction to derisk construction sites and support better insurance.
A water event in a process line, cooling tower or boiler room can stop production, contaminate inputs and trigger a rebuild that runs into seven figures.
Eddy's monitoring center catches the event at the sensor and coordinates the shutoff per the facility runbook before the loss spreads. Every line that matters runs on the same network.
Sensors at every connection, drain and supply
Makeup-water flow and basin monitoring
Continuous pressure and integrity oversight
Smart metering on every main and zone riser
Continuous flow monitoring on every main and zone riser surfaces slow leaks, pressure anomalies and degrading equipment while production continues. Maintenance plans before failure rather than after, and submetering supports consumption reporting on the same chain.
Every main and zone riser instrumented. Anomalies surface in the dashboard the moment the rate breaks the baseline.
Pressure abnormalities and slow leaks identify degrading equipment before the line stops the plant.
Integrations push events into the platforms shift supervisors and reliability teams already work in.
Industrial response chains can't share a runbook with a Class B office. Eddy commissions the alert routing, escalation and shutoff sequence with the facility, not around it.
Escalation paths follow shift coverage and on-call structure so the right operator gets the call the first time.
Critical lines do not close on a false positive. A monitoring-center operator confirms the event before the valve moves.
Long-range wireless holds up in steel-frame mechanical rooms and below-grade spaces where Wi-Fi never did.

Three layers, one solution. Scroll to see the system from sensor to shutoff to monitoring response.

Eddy detects water through two layers running in parallel. Point-of-leak sensors sit where leaks happen: common areas and mechanical rooms (including elevator pits), inside suites at high-risk appliances, and behind walls at the risers that hide damage until cascade. Flow-based detection runs continuously at meters across the building, flagging continuous low flow, continuous use and extreme use against thresholds learned from your building's baseline.
Detection without action is just an alert. Every sensor or meter event can trigger a valve, automatically on threshold or remotely from the dashboard. Eddy IQ is the all-in-one meter and valve for ¾"–1" lines. Eddy Link drives third-party shutoff valves up to 18" for everything larger.
Eddy's 24/7 monitoring center confirms every alert, escalates per your contact list and stays on the line until the water is off and the on-site team has eyes on it.
