Eddy H2O
Detects leaks and spills at the source: on floors, near equipment, or in hidden spaces such as walls and elevator shafts. It also tracks temperature and humidity to warn of early risk conditions, installs in under a minute and runs for years on a single battery.
Eddy H2O is the point-of-leak sensor that pairs with the Eddy IQ flow meter to give buildings both detection and response. Place it next to dishwashers, fan coil units, water heaters and risers and the LoRaWAN network reports the moment water makes contact.
Every Eddy deployment ships with a connected shutoff valve, so an H2O alert is more than a notification. It is the start of a confirmed response chain.

01 Detect: Two ways to find a leak before it finds a unit.
Eddy detects water through two layers running in parallel. Point-of-leak sensors sit where leaks happen: common areas and mechanical rooms (including elevator pits), inside suites at high-risk appliances, and behind walls at the risers that hide damage until cascade. Flow-based detection runs continuously at meters across the building, flagging continuous low flow, continuous use and extreme use against thresholds learned from your building's baseline.
