The challenge
Two multifamily residential towers needed a proactive way to eliminate the risk of water damage without disrupting the resident experience. The Four Seasons brand standard required that any system be invisible to residents and faster than concierge escalation alone.
The solution
Eddy designed and installed a comprehensive building-wide monitoring and automation system across both towers. Wireless LoRaWAN sensors cover common areas, domestic and HVAC risers and in-suite kitchens and laundry rooms. Zone-level smart valves automatically isolate leaks and alert staff in real time.
