Eddy placed wireless sensors inside the wall cavities at high-risk concealed locations, including behind fan-coil units. When moisture appeared behind the fan coil, the in-wall sensor detected it and triggered an alert with the precise location.

The 24/7 Monitoring Center reached the on-site team with the location, the superintendent located and confirmed the drip, and repairs began before any water could accumulate or migrate. A leak that was invisible from inside the suite was caught and contained at its source.
