Two ways to find water

The leaks one method misses, the other catches.

A flow-only system never sees a slow fixture drip. A point sensor never sees an abnormal run three floors up. Eddy runs both, so a water event has nowhere to hide.

    Eddy H2O reads water, temperature and humidity at high-risk points, and the signal carries through concrete and steel where WiFi and cellular fade. Probe and rope sensors cover pans, trays and long runs.

  • Flow intelligence

    Eddy IQ learns each building's normal pattern and flags three flow states, continuous low flow, continuous use and extreme use, tuned to the building's own history.

    A LoRaWAN network at 915 MHz carries every sensor in a high-rise, and an Eddy H2O installs in under a minute with no suite disruption.
